## Refund Policy  

### 🕒 30-Day Return Policy  
You have **30 days after receiving your item** to request a return.  

### ✅ Return Conditions  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:  
- In the same condition that you received it  
- Unworn or unused, with tags  
- In its original packaging  
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

📦 Return Process  
- If your return is approved, we will provide a **return shipping label** and instructions.  
- **Do not send items back without prior approval**, as they will not be accepted.  
- **Customers are responsible for return shipping costs**, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

### 🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items  
Please **inspect your order upon arrival** and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and resolve it.  

### 🔄 Exchanges  
To exchange an item, return your original purchase first. Once your return is **approved**, place a **new order** for the replacement item.  

### ❌ Non-Returnable Items

- **Hygiene & Personal Care Items** (e.g., cosmetics, beauty products)

### 🇪🇺 **European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period**  
If your order is being shipped **into the European Union**, you have **14 days** to cancel or return your order **for any reason, without explanation**.
